Origin-Pull	ChinaCache supports 'soft TTL' or 'soft invalidation'. This means that the customer can configure after how long the CDN needs to check on the origin if a file is still valid.	Origin pull is called "Custom Origin" when creating a new Cloudfront distribution.
Push (upload to CDN servers)		To use push, set the Cloudfront distribution to use "Amazon S3 Origin" as the source.
Purge	Purge time is 3 to 5 minutes. No more than 100 purge requests at one time.	Cloudfront charges $0.005 per file purged. 1,000 purges are free per month.
