Short profile Lumen (formerly known as Centurylink or Level 3) owns and operates a global Tier-1 network and - logically - their CDN runs on top of it. Lumen CDN has POPs on many continents and their product focus is on video, large object delivery and edge computing. ArvanCloud is global provider of cloud services, including CDN, Security and DNS. ArvanCloud wants to stand out in the CDN market with low pricing and excellent customer support. Their anycasted network has POPs on several continents. Later in 2020 a new POP will launch in Pakistan and ArvanCloud will expand its presence in India and Turkey.
