Akamai's EdgePlatform is one of the world's largest distributed computing platforms. 95,000 servers in 1,900 networks across 71 countries handle a significant portion of the world's Web traffic. Customers include Adobe, NBC, Philips and Nintendo.

Akamai has more than 1000 POPs, located all over the world including continents like South-America, Africa and Middle-East. Because of the massive number of POPs, we feel it makes no sense to present a network map of the Akamai CDN.
